Terms and Conditions

• Application/Customer must be an Indian National and a resident of India.
• Payment made by Cheque /Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque/Cash Separately for each application.
• Cheque must be drawn on any scheduled Bank, Which is a member of the banker’s clearing house located at the place where Application From is submitted. Out station cheques shall be not be accepted.

• Cheque (s) / Demand Draft (s) must be drawn in favour of “RUDRAKSH ALLIANCE DEVELOPERS PVT LTD.” and crossed A/c payee only.
• Customer should mention Application Form No., Name and complete address on revers side of the instrument of payment.
• Cheque /Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque are subject to realization.
• The accompanying AGREEMENT is only a model Agreement. Agreements may be customized to meet the requirements of a particular Customer.
• The terms and conditions of the Agreement actually executed by the Customer with the Company, shall prevail not withstanding anytime whatsoever contained/stated in any other documents/paper/literature/correspondence.
• Payment shall be as notified and made applicable from time, by the Company.
• The Company reserves the right to, prospectively discontinue, change, amend or modify any of the rules/regulations and plans and introduced new plans at any time at its sole discretion with or without any notice.
• Any dispute or difference whatsoever arising between the pattiesout of or relating to the construction, meaning, scope, operation or effect of this Agreement, or the validity or the breach thereof, shall be settled for arbitration to a retired judicial officer who shall be appointed by the Company as the sole arbitrator and shall be settled in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. 1996, or any statutory modification or re-enactments thereof, for the time being in force, and the Award made in pursuance thereof shall be final and binding on the parties.
• Those Applicants who are unable to sign shall put their clear and full thumb impressions on the application, other documents and papers, Male and Female Applicable shall affix their Left Hand Thumb Impressions.
